The DVSA (formally VOSA) visited the charity in July 2018 to carry out an operator assessment reviewing the operational standards, record keeping, timekeeping and general safety standards evidenced within the organisation.
All systems were found to be operating to a good standard and the operators report states: “Systems are good and akin to systems expected of full PSV licence holders. Very professional and well organised. No issues found and no recommendations to be made.”
General Manager, Paul Homewood, said: “We are delighted to have received a glowing report – our thanks go out to our operations team, staff and volunteers, for the dedication and hard work that they display on a daily basis.”
