CTLA Travel Club
Shopping Trips
We operate a very successful Travel Club with regular weekly trips to local shopping centres as follows:
- Holmbush (Shoreham)
alternate Tuesdays from Seaford, Newhaven and Peacehaven. - Eastbourne (Arndale Centre)
every Wednesday from Seaford, Newhaven and Peacehaven. - Morrisions (Seaford)
every Thursday from Peacehaven and Newhaven (including Denton). - Newhaven
alternate Tuesdays from Seaford.
Days Out
In addition we offer “days out” to local places of interest which are a little bit further afield.
Some examples are:
- Crawley Shopping Centre
- Horsham Market & Shopping Centre
- Chichester shopping and sightseeing
- Wyevale Garden Centre (Brighton)
- Rye Market
- Yew Tree Inn (Arlington) for lunch
- Brighton College (Christmas lunch)
- Arundel (Carpet of Flowers)
- Portsmouth (Gun Wharf Quays)
… and many others.
Membership
Membership of the CTLA Travel Club is £12.00 per year, (£6 if you have an email address and choose to receive information in this format), covering the cost of postage for the monthly trip lists. There is also a charge for the trips. Again a “door to door” service operates and we meet the needs of our clients by dropping off as close to a destination as our minibuses can get.
Who can join?
The service is currently open to registered users within Seaford, Newhaven, Peacehaven,and East Saltdean. We are hoping to extend this service to the Eastbourne area in the future.
